Expedition Foods are one of England’s premiere suppliers of  ‘Expedition Foods’ developed to offer individuals, Institutions like the Duke of Edinburghs Awards and other nationally acclaimed explorers with pre-cooked, ready to eat foods in an outdoor environment.

Their selection includes freeze dried meals where the user just has to add hot water. Or the pre cooked sealed menu which can either be heated by immersion in boiling water or by using their newly developed heat bag system which only requires the minimum of fluids to provide hot and nutritious meals.

The reason we have included them on our Hunting, Shooting and Fishing website, is we believe these light weight and easy to carry foods can be used by fishermen, pony trekkers and most participants in outdoor activities where hot and nourishing food would be welcome with the minimum of fuss and preparation.

The selection has been split into two categories:

(ITP) Freeze dried just add hot water to the pan Main Course and Sweets
(ITB) Boil in the bag or heat bag

Main meals, add water, cook in the pan (ITP) Dried food that has to be cooked on a stove, just add water and simmer for a few minutes. Main courses and sweets-- single and double portions
